wenn NETWORK_WIRELESS_ESSID ein Whitespace enthält (zB "WLAN 123"), wird dass wpa passwd falsch berechnet:
/etc/init.d/network-wireless:69:
wpa_passphrase '"WLAN' '123"' 0123456789012345 |

Da fehlt ja die Gesammte initiale Konfiguration...
Keine Ahnung wie die Abhanden kommen konnte. Wie's ausschaut ist die aber beim Übergang von der MLD-3 auf die MLD-4 abhanden gekommen.
Bei mir hat's nur funktioniert, weil ich beim Umstieg von der 3'er auf die 4'er MLD bequemerweise die Konfiguration kopiert hatte.
Das ist nun schon mal korrigiert. |

Ich hab jetzt auch das Problem mit dem Space in der essid überprüft. Das besteht seit meiner Änderung heute Mittag nicht mehr.
Somit sollten die beschriebenen Fehler behoben sein.
Wichtig ist im Falle eines Updates zu überprüfen ob die Einstellungen für Interface, channel und crypt auf "auto" oder auf passende Werte eingestellt sind. |

bei mir funktioniert es immer noch nicht. Kann auch ein Updateproblem sein.
Ich muss bei mir (/etc//init.d/network-wireless:69)
update_config " psk=" " psk=$(wpa_passphrase \"$NETWORK_WIRELESS_ESSID\"...
durch
update_config " psk=" " psk=$(wpa_passphrase "$NETWORK_WIRELESS_ESSID"..
ersetzen. |

Die Backslashes musst Du da selber (bei Deinen Tests) eingetragen haben. Die gab es nie im Paket.
Inzwischen sollte aber wieder nen upgrad möglich sein, womit der Fehler dann behoben wird.
Die aktuelle Paketversion ist die 0-8_3.16.1.88

das kommt immer, wenn ich update/upgrade?
