Hat geholfen. 512MB eingestellt und es geht.
Ich hatte das Board mal ne Weile nicht in Benutzung und vom Netz genommen. Vermutlich ist die Pufferbatterie alle und hat alle Einstellungen zurückgesetzt... denn ich hatte das schon mal eingestellt... Nun ja, es geht ja jetzt wieder !
