To get advanced options make a right click on a dot and have a look at the contextmenu.
All your changes are only visible by your self until you set it online.
A yellow dot is the symbol for content witch is only visible by your self (offline). The green dot says that this content is visible for every one (online).
To set a change online, right click on the content you have changed (or on the yellow dot nearest to the content). Then select 'online'.
In the contextmenu you don't have to navigate through all of the submenus in order to select an option. You can select it directly from the top level. In this case the bold marked submenu item will be chosen.
If you wait a short time on a menu item, you will see a toolspan with a description of the item.
If you wait a longer time on a menu item, all items that would be affected are highlighted.
To change your username or password go to the user settings.
