I hope that someone can help me to remap my remote control keys.

I am using this DVB hardware with a PI 3B+:
Technotrend TT Connect S2-3650-CI (same as TT S2-3200 without CI)

Remote does work out of the box. But the exit key is not working at my remote. Therefore I was hoping to start the key relearning process. But it did not work and I also did not find a description what to do.

What I did:
1) Konfiguration – Remote control - Tastenzuordnung bearbeiten
2) Select Technotrend TT Connect S2-3650-CI Protokoll: rc-5 Activate: Alle Tasten anlernen
3) Speichern
4) Screen did a refresh but nothing happend.
5) Restarted VDR and hoped that it would come up with a key learning screen. But it stated with the default config.

Hi,

the remote control setup in the webif will change the kernel internal keymap. The VDR config will not be change and must not be change.
So there is no need to train the remote by the VDR itself.

To check, if the new keymapping is working, you can use the tool 'evtest' on the console. It will show on every keypress the keycode. So you can check the keycode for the exit key.
By the way: What does the exit key should do? Do it should do the back command?

Yes did not find any key to go back.

Env. at may Raspberry PI 3(B) was in general very slow. Therefore I decided to look into another solution.
