ne Backup Partition ändert auch nichts an dem Problem, dass sich lediglich von der System Partition gebootet werden kann.

Ich werd mich aber noch da drum kümmern, das Backups auf die Video Partition verlegt werden können. Da gibt's ja auch schon nen Ticket für.

Ich war mir sicher eigentlich auch partitionieren ausgewählt zu haben. Ich weiß nicht wann ich es schaffe eine nächste Neuinstallation durchzuführen, dann achte ich darauf Dir ein installog zukommen zu lassen. Bitte teste es noch einmal mit der langen Variante und schaue ob die Test Ausgaben genau so aussehen. Ich würde eigentlich erwarten das beim ersten ls -l ... nicht gleich alle Devices existieren. Ich brauche dies um zu sehen ob das Problem eventuell dadurch lösbar ist, das auf die Devices getestet wird.

Ich habe es jetzt noch ein paar Mal probiert. Mal zeigt das Log schon bei echo 0 alle Devices und mal zeigt es bei echo 4 noch kein einziges an.

Wenn's schief geht, bleibt die Installation an dieser Stelle hängen. Ehrlich gesagt hege ich jedoch nicht all zu große Hoffnungen das es funktioniert. Es muss noch nen anderen Weg geben das erstellen der Devices anzustoßen. Ich lass mir Morgen mal andere Tests einfallen...

Hallo Claus,

es funktioniert nicht wirklich. Ich habe es mehrmals getestet, mal werden 2 Punkte ins Log geschrieben bis er formatieren will und mal sind's 43. Mal waren anschließend die Devices sda und sda2 vorhanden und mal war nur sda vorhanden.
Hier mal ein Beispiel-Log.

Das ist genau das Ergebnis, das ich erwartet habe. Es schein so, als wenn die Devices immer wieder angelegt und entfernt werden.
Hast Du bei Deinen Tests auch das USB-Addon installiert? Falls nicht, magst Du das mal mit hinzu nehmen. Falls Du es dabei hast, mal weg lassen.

ich glaube Deine erste Idee war richtig. Ich hatte in meinem Iso das usb-addon mit drin.

Ja, es lag am usb-Addon, genauer gesagt am hotplug handling. Da kamen mehrere Sachen zusammen. Beim neuen Istaller habe ich das USB-Hotplug wärend des Partitionierens abgeschaltet. Bitte teste ob der Fehler mit USB-Addon und neuem Instrall-Addon (Version 133) immer noch auftritt.
