Hi Bernd,

das mit Samba ist natürlich klar.... Aber ssh sollte möglich sein, und das /var/log/install.log ist so überschaubar, das man auch Copy & Paste rüberziehen könnte.

Als ich in den letzten Malen die Probleme hatte, konnte ich diesen Weg gehen.

Und nur zur Sicherheit, du hast schon das aktuellste ISO runtergeladen und installierst von CD? (Nicht böse sein, aber das Phänomen welches Du beschreibst war auch bei mir Anfang Januar und lag im DVB-Addon (==> Kernel-Panic)

Hi MarMic,

hast Du mal eine Rückmeldung erhalten zu einer Hauppauge DVB-S2 (PCI-Karte)?

Hintergrund meiner Frage: Ich war gestern Abend bei einem Freund und wollte seine MLD aktualisieren (von MLD 3.0 aus Oktober 2011). Also habe ich das aktuelle ISO dort installiert und es hat auch mit Neuformatierung auf der Systempartition alles geklappt.
Bei meinem Freund ist eine CINE S2 V5.5 (Duokarte) und eine Hauppauge DVB-S2 eingebaut gewesen. Es wurden alle 3 Satempfänger erkannt und aktiviert. Allerdings sind auf einigen Sendern massive Artefakte und Tonprobleme entstanden. Nach ein wenig suchen habe ich gesehen, bei der FEMON-Anzeige die Werte massiv nach unten gehen sobald auf die Hauppauge DVB-S2 Karte geschaltet worden ist.

Also ich denke das die DVB-Treiber für diese Karte noch nicht optimal sind.

Ich habe die Karte nun ausgebaut und der VDR funktioniert einwandfrei (halt nur mit 2 Tunern, was ja im Normalfall auch ausrecicht  ;) )

Leider konnte ich nicht länger die Karte drin lassen, da die MLD nicht zur Analyse im Netz erreichbar für mich ist. (Schlechte Leitung, da er auf dem platten Land wohnt...) Ich werde die Karte nun in einem meiner Hardware einbauen müssen und dann mal analysieren.

Aber vielleicht hast Du ja schon von dem Problem gehört? Und bist am Thema? Oder sollen wir warten auf den 3.2.1 Kernel mit aktuellen DVB-Treibern (>API 5.3) mit VDR 1.7.23 (==> also bis zur Rückkehr von Claus?)

das hört sich stark nach meinem problem an.

tevii s480 -> neue treiber -> artefakte und ton probleme!
alte treiber -> alles ok

noch weiter zurück wollte ich eigentlich nicht, da man dadurch immer mehr feature verliert. ich weiss nicht mal ob wir den neuen vdr nutzen können mit unserem treiber stand. da ist zZ soviel im umbau das ich dazu nichts sagen kann :-(

du kannst mal probieren in ner develumgebung den link dvb-2011.12.25 zu löschen und gegen einen älteren zu setzen! dann sollte die karte auch wieder laufen.

die frage ist: sollten wir einfach freezen oder vllt mal die linuxtv jungs anschreiben? da mir dazu aber die lust/zeit fehlt.

habe ich nun einfach auf den 25.12 festgelegt wo noch das meiste lief.

@p3f: ich habe die ff-sd 3.0.1-2012.01.12_42 vom 13.1 auf cd gebrannt und von dieser via OSD installiert.

automatisch funktioniert tadellos.

manuell partitioniert MLD nur und dann kann ich am OSD nix mehr machen. Für mich sieht das so aus als ob da ein script keinen Bock mehr hat, denn eine Fehlermeldung kommt da nicht :-)

Ok, dann werde ich morgen meinen SD-MLD auch noch einmal per OSD neu machen. Hast Du zufällig noch geschaut ob unter /var/log/messages etwas geloggt worden ist? Hatte ich nicht geschrieben, aber vielleicht hast Du trotzdem mal dort geschaut.

Aber ansonsten brauchst Du es natürlich nicht noch einmal machen, übers Webif hat es ja funktioniert. Und das andere werde ich noch weiter analysieren.

Danke für deine Fehlermeldung, magst Du bitte einen Bugtracker eintrag aufmachen. Dann geht es nicht unter.... Danke.

Der DVB Treiber steht doch immer auf "all" ?

Ich hab nur die CD eingelegt, gestartet, Sprache gewählt, Astra gewählt, Tastaturlayot beibehalten, Netzwerk konfiguriert, Samba installiert und versucht die manuelle Installation zu starten.

Ich meine aber das nach der Installation die "messages" nicht so voll ist.

hmm dvb-all meinte ich die kanalliste! aber wenn du astra genommen hat dann passts ja.

mich hats gewundert -> die sehen serh seltsam aus, aber scheitn so als wäre vdr -l 3?

treiber stehen nicht mehr auf "all" sondern auf "auto".

naja du kannst ja dann so spassige sachen testen die nur für sd-ff funtzen wie avards... und grün stellen. das wäre super.

Hi Bernd,

so nun bin ich fast am verzweifeln.  :wand

Ich habe mir heute noch einmal das ff-sd-ISO file gedownloaded und eine neue Festplatte ans System geschlossen. Und es hat immer funktioniert. Also egal, ob ich per OSD oder per Webif und/oder automatisch bzw. individuell installiert habe.

Was mir nur an deinen Rückmeldungen auffällt ist, das dort immer mal wieder DVB-C mit einem Abbruch angezeigt wird. Was ich leider nicht testen kann/konnte ist, das ich keine IDE-Platte angeschlossen habe. Ich habe (leider) nur noch SATA-Platte(n).

Vielleicht sollten wir noch auf Claus warten, er sieht bestimmt klarer ;(

Bei der Installation mache ich allerdings auch noch keinerlei Einstellungen. Also CD rein und booten, dann den Installer aufrufen (Webif bzw. OSD) und dann die INstallation starten. Erst nach dem Reboot (ohne CD) mache ich Einstellungen wie Netzwerk, Fernbedienung, Kanalliste, usw.

Machst Du es anders? Warum kommt es bei Dir zu einem Segfault at ip?

Also wie gesagt, ich konnte nicht mit /dev/hda testen, da das die IDE/P-ATA Platten sind....

Tut mir leid, aber ich sehe dein Problem nicht.

Einstellung vor der Installation hab ich nur gemacht um die ganze Angelegenheit zu loggen. Der Fehler oder Abbruch kommt auch ohne das ich irgendwas anderes mache. Also CD rein und booten, dann den Installer aufrufe. Automatisch und per WebIF funktioniert es ja. Halt nur manuell via OSD nicht. Vielleicht liegt es ja tatsächlich an IDE.

könnte es sein, das über's OSD ne Nachfrage kommt, ob ne bestimmte Aktion ausgeführt werden soll, DU die jedoch nicht siehst und deshalb nicht beantwortest? Dann würde die Installation natürlich hängen bleiben. Nach dem Partitioinieren (vor dem Formatieren) wird bei der Manuellen Installation nachgefragt ob diese Aktion ausgeführt werden soll.

die nachfrage kam auch. ich glaube ich musste zweimal mit return bestätigen. eben nochmal versucht manuell zu installieren. kann leider nicht immer und immer wieder installieren, da mir meine Frau sonst den Kopf abreist :)
