there is a post back at dvbshop's 24 forum witch lists the files from the main vl4 tree that were patched in order to get the Satix models working.

@all : ich hatte mir das Thema nicht wirklich weiter angeschaut. Aber anhand der neuen Erkenntnis und dem diff wäre es schon möglich die Karten mit in das original DVB Addons zu packen.

Versuch ist es wert. Wenn dann würde ich aber erst ein diff file hier posten( passend zur MLD) und einer von euch müsste dieses in das DVB Addons packen und erst einmal testen.

da bin ich fast grade dagegen nachdem hier die files aufgelistet wurden. D.h. da wird in den tevii s484 daten rumgepatcht und endlich läuft die karte hier stabiel :)

so pc tastatur freu :-P

wenn ich ne api habe und die besteht aus (a,b,c)

ich bau kernel und satx  am gleichen tag -> beide greifen auf (a,b,c) zu

nun wird im kernel die api irgendwo geändert

kernel hat nun api (d,e,f) und satx ist noch von gestern (aber auch media_tree) nur greift weiterhin auf (a,b,c) zu

nun werden die module geladen:

ich habe nun mehrer cases.

1.) satx wird vor dvb geladen
-> dvb überlagert dvbsatx und dvbsatx greift auf a,b,c zu obwohl es nur noch d,e,f gibt

2.) dvb wird vor satx geladen
-> satx gibt die api vor weil es dvb überdeckt und somit funktioniert zwar satix aber zb mantis treiber würde versuchen mit (d,e,f) zuzugreifen aber es gibt nur (a,b,c)

soweit klar?

Wenn du mir den Patch zukommen lässt versuche ich es gerne. Bräuchte dann evtl. Hilfe wie und wo ich das einfügen muß wenn ichs nicht alleine schaffe, aber erstmal würde ich es alleine probieren.

Da sollte es keine Probleme mit der Tevii geben da sie nur die Unterstützung der Karten hier hinzu gefügt haben. Ich habe leider keine Tevii nur noch ne olle Skystar 2 zum testen ansonsten würde ich diese auch testen.
Nen Versuch wäre es zumindest mal wert.

Danke für die Erkärung. Gut wenn sich was ändern sollte könnte es zu Problemen kommen, aber die Jungs won DVBSky sind wirklich fix was das angeht und passen das auch gleich an.

Hi ,

Könntest du nicht alle dvbsky relevanten Module aktivieren?

Kennst du alle? Du schreibst ja du hast das Modul hinzugefügt für USB.


Im besonderen Fall könnte man(n) ;) auch bei Bedarf für jemanden das Satx mit den benoetigten Modulen zur Verfügung stellen. Müsste ja nur in der .config und im Makefile ergänzt werden.

Alle Module kenn ich leider nicht. Hab heut nur durch Zufall den Beitrag von kappa gefunden wo ein lsmod mit dabei war und daraus hab ich dann erlesen welche Module das da fehlen.
Will jetzt erstmal wissen ob es bei ihm geht und wenn ja geb ich dir die

It doesn't work yet. :(

the log is very long, i've attached it.

I have also tried to modprobe the card:

There is an error now. Not before.
