Hallo zusammen,

habe gerade mal bei mir geschaut, ob das logrotate auf die /var/log/messages klappt. Aber da gibt es nur eine Datei, die seit dem 19.8. fleißig gefüllt wird. Da rotiert nüscht.

MLD> logrotate -d /etc/logrotate.conf
Ignoring /etc/logrotate.conf because of bad file mode.

Handling 0 logs
MLD> logrotate -d /etc/logrotate.d/messages
Ignoring /etc/logrotate.d/messages because of bad file mode.

und hier dier Inhalt aus der /etc/logrotate.d/messages:

Läuft das bei euch bzw. hat jemand eine Idee, warum es bei mir nicht funzt?
