[iNOB]

Ich habe hier 2 baugleiche Tevii s464 DVBS2 SAT-Karten in Version 3 (grüne Platine) in einem VDR verbaut.

Problem 1: Es wird nur eine Karte initialisiert. "lspci" zeigt aber beide an. Der Modulparameter "options cx88xx card=86" wird scheints nur für die erste gefundene Karte verwendet. Auch der zusätzlichen Modulparameter "options cx88_dvb adapter_nr=0,1" ändert daran nichts.

Problem 2: Der VDR startet normal, zeigt aber kein Bild. Erst ein Restart des VDRs führt zur Anzeige des TV-Bildes. Mir kommt es so vor, als ob der fimware-Upload beim Start hängenbleibt, oder das die DVB-Frontends bei VDR Start noch nicht fertig initialisiert sind. Ein Ändern der Ladereihenfolge der Module über das Webinterface hat keine Änderung gebracht.

Hat jemand was Ähnliches am laufen, oder eine Idee, wie man die Probleme beheben könnte?

Problem 2 hab ich mit dem Workaround, ein "killall vdr" an das Ende der rc.sysinit zu platzieren, vorerst gelöst. Nicht schön, aber es funktioniert zumindest.

Problem 1 tritt nicht auf, wenn ich als erste Karte die tevii s464 v3 (grüner PCB) [subsystem 3000:9022] und als zweite Karte eine tevii s464 v1 o. v2 (roter PCB) [subsystem d464:9022] verwende. Letztere wird automatisch als "card=86" erkannt und benötigt somit den Eintrag "options cx88xx card=86" der v3 nicht.

Es sieht ganz danach aus, als ob bei mehrmaliger Verwendung des Treibers die Modulparameter lediglich beim erstmaligen Laden für das erste erkannte Gerät gilt. Leider gibts im Treiber keine Option, über Indizes identische Geräte auseinander zu halten. Ob jetzt Bug oder Feature kann ich nicht beurteilen.

Versuche über Blacklisting und diversen udev-Regeln zwei identischen v3 Karten den jeweils nötigen Parameter "options cx88xx card=86" mitzugeben, funktionieren nicht. Zumindest soweit ich das beurteilen kann.

Nein, den Parameter gibt es lediglich in dem Modul "cx88_dvb", um die in /dev/dvb/ angelegten Adapter zu nummerieren. Aktuell hab ich nur noch die Zeile "options cx88xx card=86 disable_ir=1" drin.
