Sorry i deleted it because in the diagram only one receiver / TV-Card is used
In my situation i want to use 2 TV-cards.
I will attach the diagram again, maybe it helps someone else.
However, it can be used in my situation if i want to have 8 satellites with 2 TV-Cards
I can use that diagram without that Spaun SUR 211 F.

another idea: do you need a config for this? the vdr is also able to mix dvbc dvbs and dvbt without config -> just channels.conf.
have you tried to just add the channels to channels.conf?

Yes, i have Hotbird and Nilesat channels saved in the same channels.conf file.
It works fine using one TV-card + Diseqc.
After i connected the USB TV-card there is LNB setup which should be done.
I tried many combinations
Device 1 connected to sat cable:
Device 2 connected to sat cable:
Options are : own
                  : 1
                  : 2
I don't know which one is correct.

Since you have two cables, you must different cables for both.

Also I'm sure, you must tell the VDR witch dvb card can recice witch satelite. Please ask in the VDR Portal how to do this.

I registered on VDR portal as you suggested, the guys over there told me that it can be done using diseqc.conf file.

the right diseqc.conf should be as follows:

It's different scenario because i decided to use 1st tuner for Nilesat and 2nd tuner for Hotbird.

@rfehr you were close to it because you advised me to edit diseqc.conf file.

Die Autokorrektur von Android ist echt nervig wenn man english schreibt. Für jedes x Element Natürlicher zahlen kannst du mit x: das DVB device x auf den darunter folgenden Satelliten Mappen.

Ah, OK, ich hatte bisher noch nie den letzten Absatz in der Beschreibung gelesen

Wobei das laut der Beschreibung nur sauber funktioniert, wenn die Kartentreiber eine Zuordnung der ID zulässt! Siehe VDR Wiki Absatz "Fixierung der /dev/dvb/adapterI Nummern" Unter dem Absatz mit der Zuordung auf Tuner. Das wiederum bekommt man mit modinfo heraus.

Yes, it's working just fine
The secret was to use
1: for 1st tuner
2: for 2nd tuner
As MarMic wrote.

diseqc.conf is located in /etc/vdr/
It's easier to edit it using webif
