Android TV x86 for PC
« on: July 17, 2020, 15:38:01 »

Hello,

I would like to share this Android TV x86 Oreo iso for PC with you.

It was released by a french guy called M'sieur DuHaz (Mr Duhaz).

It's distributed for free, i hope you like it.  :)

I also request that Claus/MLD team can develop & release further updates for Android TV x86 in the future.

Maybe Android TV x86 Pie.

Download link :

Use Rufus to burn it on a USB flash memory.

Best Regards

Any idea?
Any thoughts?
Anyone needs help installing it?
Is it good?
Is it bad?
Is it useless?
Is it possible to release isos like that in the future that contains Android Pie - Android 10 ... etc?
You guys don't like it?
 :)
P.s. i have Android TV x86 Pie iso as well.

Hello Roland.

Very nice, but that cost money, you paid 68€ for it?  :)
Android TV for PC is free  ;)
There are some drawbacks though, Nvidia drivers are not supported
Edit: In fact Nvidia drivers works but you will experience some glitches.
That's why i'm asking MLD developers if they can release more isos like that.

By the way, i use this app too

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=se.hedekonsult.pvrlive

It supports

• DVBLink (6.x+)
• DVBViewer (Recording Services or Media Server)
• Enigma2 (Dreambox, VU+ and more)
• NextPVR (3.6.x+)
• Playlist (m3u/m3u8 and xmltv)
• Playlist XC (full XC api)
• Tvheadend (4.2+)
• TVMosaic

Best Regards.

To MLD developers, here is a guide for compiling Android x86 for PC.

https://www.android-x86.org/source.html

Here is also Android x86 for PC homepage

https://www.android-x86.org/

There is another step to convert stock Android x86 to Android TV x86 however i have no idea how it can be done.
(perhaps by flashing Android TV x86 Open GApps)?

I'll be waiting for MLD Android TV x86 first release hopefully soon.

Best Regards.
