{MLD 5.4 testing} VNC
« on: July 28, 2020, 20:25:17 »

Hello,
I borrowed VNC server from Raspbian Stretch distro.
I don't want to say i stole it though.  :D
It works great except Uinput module is missing

Code: [Select]
Uinput keyboard init failed: open: No such file or directory (2)
Uinput abs pointer init failed: open: No such file or directory (2)
Uinput rel pointer init failed: open: No such file or directory (2)

How i can build that module?

Best Regards.

Problem is solved by copying Uinput module from docker container  :)

Code: [Select]
user.info kernel: [  208.821912] input: vnc-keyboard as /devices/virtual/input/input1
user.info kernel: [  208.822251] input: vnc-abspointer as /devices/virtual/input/input2
user.info kernel: [  208.822553] input: vnc-relpointer as /devices/virtual/input/input3

That's to open a connection to a remote MLD system, without open a port in the Firewall.

MLD 5.1 - lirc yaUsbIR - OctopusNet - XFX GeForce 9300 mit Intel E3200 - 2GB RAM - 6TB HDD - Lian Li PC-C37B - Samsung LE40A559

For windows users, i just want to mention that vtuner works great with DVBViewer Media Server after upgrading to Win10 build 2004
Video was stuttering under Win10 build 1909  :)
