Hi Marcus i've this problem with mld 6.0.10 ,I have not tried with mld 1.9.0 I have immediately abdicated because is to too much slow for my hardware respect 6.0.10 ,the scroll of menu is much slow and i can't work on(i don't know becuse there is this difference between the two versions in softdevice use ... (probally there is a problem with my hardware)

Yes i've used 3-4 mainboard (micro atx )with integrated vga and each with these video card but for me the only mode for not VDR exits is FrameBuffer .I wanted to ask you DFB is only for matrox card?
Does thing recommend me to do?

Thanks for the reply i've tried now one ATI 9250 128mb and ATI 9600 128 mb with the same result
'segmentation fault'...I wanted to ask you for view with client without ffcard what it is the simply solution?
I've different video card(ati9250;ati9600;nvidiaGeforce4;Mmillenium2)but the only solution for me now
is fb with a lot of cpu use.There is a mode for combinate one of these video cards for increase a speed with softdevice?

Hi to everyone

i've a problem with my nvidia card GEFORCE 4 mx4000 and softdevice ,Try to explain in english...
When i use FrameBuffer is all ok but is slow with athlon 1200 with 768 mb ram the i tried to use "vidix"
and here my log 'sysinit' at the end report an error 'Segmentation fault'
Where is the problem?what am I wrong?

Hi , in var/log/messages the file don't report status ,maybe i wrong something but to see the messages
i must use only dmesg

Hi Claus, i've tried to update and all is ok then i've also tried the new iso and its ok

I've the problem that with(dvb-ttpci,b2c2-flexcop-pci)when i change channel,also in the same transponder
the primary device change from first to secondary card (using femon in background)and the secondary card
lost signal .Can be that the signal improves when disecq is disable?Or lost signal only because there is a fast
and continuos change of card?

I've posted here but
If it is the case i can open a new post...

later you can update kernel and the others online or not?

Hi to everybody,maybe there's a problem with update kernel(12/07)online the system after reboot don't start and report thi error:

kernel (hd0,0)/ml/boot/kernel vga=0x314 sys_dir=/mnt/hda1/mld splash=silent showpts apm=off

Error 15:File not found
