Hallo zusammen,

ich habe nun eine neue 5.4 Installation gemacht auf dem Raspi3 mit DVB-S und Technotrend S2-4650CI. Geht mittlerweile out of the box.
Nun möchte ich noch IPTV dazu bauen und habe das IPTV Paket nachinstalliert. Nach einigen Recherchen die schon alle ein paar Jahre alte Ergebnisse zum IPTV liefern, funktioniert das IPTV nicht. Kein Bild und kein Ton.

Wie bekommt man denn aus diesem Stream http://883635723506298803.onames.xyz:80/play/vi1016547/8093713821/298803.ts einen brauchbaren channels.conf Eintrag? Kann mir da jemand ein Beispiel uploaden für den VDR?

für das IPTV gibt es im Webif die Möglichkeit Kanallisten zu generieren. Du findet das im Setup unter Fernsehempfang/IPTV (oder so ähnlich)

Im WebIF kann man eine der hinterlegten IPTV Listen auswählen und aktualisieren, z.b.  IPTV-German. Dann den VDR re-starten . Danach bleibt alles dunkel.
Im Log vom xstart sind einige Warnungen und ein Error:

Icewm wurde automatisch mit installiert. Ich hoffe ich brauche nicht zwingend Kodi um IPTV Streaming anzuzeigen.

Hilft Dir das weiter? Ich hätte ja erwartet das im Wiki für die IPTV Installation was brauchbares steht, aber da hat noch niemand Hand angelegt.
Hast du einen Tip was ich da noch machen kann?

Mir fällte gerade auf, dass Du ja einen RPI verwendest. Dabei ist noch zu beachten, dass die IPTV Wiedergabe nur mit Streams funktioniert, die in einem Codec gesendet werden, die der RPI in Hardware dekodieren kann, also ohne den VLC zu bemühen (z.B. MPEG2 oder MPEG4 Streams).
Es sich um eine m3u Kanalliste handeln und es müssen udp Streams sein, damit kein VLC für die Konvertierung verwendet wird.

selbst wenn ich eine öffentliche M3U Datei herunterlade und diese über das WebIF Hochlade um eine Channels.conf zu erstellen, wird da nichts hell.

Anbei eine aktuelle M3U Liste.

Vielleicht ist ja ein User hier der mir ein Beispiel uploaden kann mit einem funktionieren Stream und die entsprechende channels.conf Zeile.

Wie gesagt, muss es sich beim RPI um udp Streams handeln, was in Deiner Liste nicht der Fall ist.
