Hallo,

nach heutigem update bei mir, kann ich im setup xorg applikations die startpositionsparametereinstellung für xbmc nicht nicht mehr finden.
XBMC war auch "verschwunden". Hab ich neu installiert + Neustart.

Nachtrag: Sorry, hatte zwar einen Neustart gemacht, aber erst ein Reboot hat dann alles geregelt...lauft alles wieder.

Eigendlich soll nach jedem update/install das Setup aktualisiert werden. Spätestens bei einem reboot wird das falls nötig nachgeholt.
Eventuell hast Du auch einfach imfalschen Moment nachgeschaut, nämlich genau dann, als des Setup gerade neu aufgebaut wurde.

Hallo Claus,

nach update auf die neue vdr-version läuft jetzt wieder fast alles wie gewohnt.
Firefox und XBMC waren "verschwunden" , habe ich einfah neu installiert über das webinterface.
Leider kann ich wieder (wie schon am 8.9. gepostet) die startpositionsparametereinstellung für xbmc und firefox nicht mehr finden, und damit auch nicht einstellen. Ein rebooot hat jezt nicht geholfen.
XBMC kommt nur auf dem 2. kleinen Bildschirm, da ich das nicht anders einstellen kann. Was fehlt, wo muß ich drehen?

Hallo ,

ich helf mir mal selbst:
xorg-multiscreen uninstall und dann wieder install, das wars schon.(Ist halt ne modulare Distri und sehr stabil)
Hab dann den Eintrag machen können und XBMC läuft top auf dem TV.
Für firefox war da doch auch mal ein Eintrag. Der ist nicht vorhanden.
Ich probier mal noch etwas...

mein firefox (ohne flash) startet nicht. Die Startpositionsparametereinstellung im xorg application für firefox gibt es bei mir nicht.

Das kommt mir bekannt vor. habe ich auch seit über zwei Wochen. Nutze wegen der ständigen FF Probleme mittlerweile Crome auf dem MLD. Leider.

das liegt an der neuen update politik von firefox... die ist besch..eiden

naja mal mit claus absprechen ob wir das irgendwie automatisieren können hmm
