2 Dvb Karten In Einem Vdr!?

Hi Leutz, mein erster Versuch mit 2 DVB Karten ist nicht von Erfolg gekrönt, muß für 2 Karten ein plugin/addon geladen werden?

Karte 1: DVB-S FF
Karte 2: DVB-S + DVB-T budget von Hauppauge

Oder liegt es an der zweiten Karte weil DVB-S und DVB-T auf einer Karte sind?

was n das für ne zweite karte typ bezeichnung?? und welches dvb addon nutzt du? ausgabe von

ls /mnt/hda/addons (glaube ich)

noch die ausgabe von var/log/messages (wichtig wenn beide karten beim start drin sind)

Hi MarMic, die Karte ist eine "Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-3000 (DVB-T, DVB-S, Multi-Pal)" und schon wieder ausgebaut, war leihweise von einem Bekannten und nur ein Versuch ob es einfach so funktioniert. Da wenig Platz im Gehäuse ist suche ich nach einer schmalen (ca. 7cm) DVB-S budget Karte, habe noch nichts passendes gefunden.

Hi, was haltet Ihr von einer "TechnoTrend Budget S-1401 Silicon Tuner" als zweite Karte?

Sieht aus als würde sie in das Gehäuse passen wenn das Slotblech entfernt wird.

Für eine zweite Karte brauchen keine Zusätzlichen Addons geladen werden. Bei der Auswahl ist nur zu beachten das für die Karte nen DVB-Treiber verfügbar ist. Die MLD setzt die aktuellsten verfügbaren Treiber ein.
Wenn Du die neue Karte eingebaut hast, musst Du einmalig in der /etc/rc.config unter DVB_DRIVER="" eintragen und neu booten (Du kannst das auch vor dem Einbau machen). Nach dem Booten sollten dort zwei Treiber eingetragen sein. Steht da nur einer drinn, konnte der Zweite erforderliche nicht automatisch erkannt werden. Dann kannst Du den entweder von hand nachtragen, oder falls Dir nicht bekannt ist, welcher benötigt wird, DVB_DRIVER="all" einstellen.

Ich hab schon diverse DVB-Karten gehabt. Abhängig vom verwendetem Mainbord und der eingesetzten Festplatte gab es bei fast allen (zweiten) DVB-Karten irgendwelche Probleme :( Das dürfte aber da dran liegen das ich immer nur recht alte Mainbords verwendet hatte. Mit Problemen meine ich Gestörte Aufnahmen, gestörtes TV Bild während der Aufnahmen, Reaktionsprobleme der Fernbedienung, extrem hohe Prozessorlast, Probleme mit NDR, inkompatibel zum Mainbord,... also nichts spezifisches.

hi ich habe zu meiner ff tt die technisat cablestar hd2 eingebaut (ist ansich ne scheiss karte) und bis jetzt noch gar keine probleme, die claus beschreibt und das ist über ne raiser karte angebunden!

die tt1401 sind glaube ich ganz brauchbar!

@claus und nau ich wollte die addons haben wegen dem dvb treiber und da hat nau ja noch nen uralten geladen!

@nau mal ans netzwerk hängen und ein update all über das osd fahren (vorher vllt das backup addon laden!!!)

vllt haette die karte dann auch out of the box funktioniert, denn bei den treibern gab es in letzter zeit viele UPDATES

ps kannst ja mal googlen ob die tt1401 vom v4l2 treiber unterstützt wird

@ MarMic,

das die Karte nicht funktionierte dürfte recht sicher da drann gelegen haben, das der passende Treiber nicht geladen wurde, weil in der rc.config sicherlich nur ein Treiber für die FF Karte eingetragen sein dürfte. Sollte das nicht der Fall sein, könnte nen Update durchaus weiterhelfen.

Hi, ein Update wurde gemacht und bei DVB_DRIVER= ist all eingetragen, die budget Karte mag trotzdem nicht. Auf der DVB-S budget Karte steht "Philips, PICO 200 94V-0, DVB-S VER B1" und so sieht die /var/log/message aus:

hmmm dann ist kein treiber für die karte da. welche karte ist es denn nochmal? aber nicht die tt1401 oder?

Hi MarMic, jau alles erledigt und sie mag trotzdem nicht, nein es ist noch nicht die "tt1401" die ist noch mit der Post unterwegs. Die nicht genutzte Hardware fängt langsam an Platz zu verschwenden, aber es gibt schlimmeres. Immerhin habe ich 2 funktionierende VDRs mit je einer FF Karte und die MLD erfreut mich jedes mal wenn ich die Fernbedienung benutze :)  :)  :) .

@claus dann fehlen im v4l treiber die cx88 treiber ein modprobe cx88 bringt nichts :-(
hatte das irgendwo bei nem hvr3000 log im netz gefunden:

wenn du rausfindest welchen treiber du brauchst dann wird man dir hier sicher weiterhelfen! aber ich bin erstmal mit meinem latain (was in der linuxwelt besonders winzig ist) zu ende
