how I can change my EPG charset to 8859-5 (I need cyrillic).

That should be vary easy. I must only add it to the locales Addon and than extend the VDR setup if you want to have it also as fall-back if a TV station don't send the EPG charset.
Alternative you can copy the needed file from a full ubuntu or other linux installation. The needed file is the /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/gconv/ISO8859-5.so

thanks, copying this file just work.. I'll try later to make some translation for vdr on my language btw I'm from Bulgaria :)
