danke für Deine Info! Habs gerade getestet. Also erstmal meine bestehende MLD 5.5. (unstable) über die Oberfläche aktualisiert. Danach war allerdings keine VDR-Oberfläche mehr auswählbar - aber vielleicht ist da auch was schiefgelaufen bei mir (ich würds einfach nochmals komplett neu installieren, wenn ich bei HyperionNG soweit weiterkomme).

Kodi läuft.

Habe docker installiert und hyperion ng nachinstalliert, sicherheitshalber auch mal den portainer, damit ich mal nachsehen kann, was läuft.

Danach konnte ich über die Weboberfläche von HyperionNG schon mal zugreifen.
Allerdings spreche ich ja die LEDs über USB an (/dev/ttyUSB0) wg. dem adalight.
In den HyperionNG-Debug logs finde ich folgendes:

Bei Docker bin ich leider nicht so tief drin...vermutlich müsste ich docker noch die /dev/ttyUSB0-Schnittstelle "durchschleifen". Wie ich das machen kann, weiß ich aber leider nicht wirklich.

Hab testweise mal den HyperionD-Container beendet (über Portainer) und dann auf der Konsole

Hallo Tom,

danke für die Analyse, und ja es ist richtig das wir das Device durchreichen müssten. Das nehme ich gerne mit auf.

Wichtig ist es mir halt gewesen, das wir nicht irgendetwas anderes blockieren. Ich befürchte wir werden da einige ANpassungen noch benötigen, von daher meine Frage ob wir für die Implementierungszeit auf einen anderen Develserver ausweichen können. Den Zugang dazu schicke ich Dir gerne via PN. oder wir machen einen gemeinsamen Call? Dazu haben wir ja einen eigenen MLD Videochatraum, den wir regelmäßig Mittwochabends ab 20:30 Uhr nutzen oder halt uns auch mal verabreden können.

Werd auf jeden Fall das (Test-)System nochmals neu aufsetzen mit der aktuellen MLD 5.5 unstable, um auch wieder den VDR zum Testen zu haben.

Über "Meine IP:8090" konnte ich auf die Weboberfläche vom Hyperion zugreifen.
- meine Daten(LED,Eingang Grabber, Ausgang USB an SEDU) wie vom hyperion eingegeben und angespeichert,Neustart - kein Ansprechen der LED
- Im WEBinterface unter "Home" ist Eintrag Hyperion-NG, versucht auf Port 8052 zuzugreifen, geht nicht
-Porainer -Eintrag vorhanden, k.A. wie ich das nutzen kann

danke für deine Ausführungen, es gibt heute Nacht wieder ein Update vom "docker-pt" Paket, dann bin ich um einen neuen Test dankbar.

Kannst Du bitte hier noch einmal beschreiben, welche Hardware Du einsetzt? (Ich glaube es ist anders als das neue adalight-Modul, oder)

ich teste dann gern. Das update wird ganz "normal" für das Docker-Paket gezogen?
Ich nutze als Hardware meinen "alten" SEDU-Controller, von der WebSeite des Herstellers:
Die Lights-Version des SEDU-Boards stellt eine spezielle Anwendung dar. Die aufgespielte Firmware nimmt über den USB-Anschluss Daten im miniDMX-Format entgegen und gibt diese in den Formaten WS2801 bzw. TM1804 aus. Ich habe hier WS2801-Sripes angeschlossen. eigentlich habe ich auch das /dev/video0 im Docker bereitgestellt, aber halt nur "eigentlich"....kannst Du bitte mal ein Debug-Log erstellen, dann kann ich hoffentlich mehr erkennen.

danke für den Debug-Log, das hat auch etwas gezeigt. Nun ist das update eingecheckt und sollte morgen früh auch online zur Verfügung stehen.

Allerdings habe ich 2 Bitten....

- Kannst Du bitte das Paket "docker-pt" komplett de-installieren, dann rebooten und dann noch einmal neu installieren.
   Hintergrund: Der Startaufruf vom HyperionNG Docker muss geändert werden, damit auch das /dev/video0 durchgereicht wird. Und
   ich kann es aktuell nicht nachtesten, ob ein update das auch vollends macht.

- Wenn es nicht funktioniert, brauche ich neben dem neuen Debug-Log auch noch die Ausgabe von "ls -l /dev/*"

Das Livebild kann man dort anzeigen lassen. Bin gespannt.
Braucht der Ausgang dann auch so einen Startaufruf wegen:  -sedu' signals error: 'Invalid serial device name: [dev/ttyUSB0]!'  ?
Ihr lasst Nachts bauen und die einzelnen Pakete werden nacheinander gebaut und werden zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten fertig ?

Hallo Matthias,

im Moment haben wir unsere Develmaschine mit dem Kernelbau für die RPI-Derivate im Beschlag und wir müssen ein wenig auf deren Last achten / verteilen. Daher habe ich das nicht auch noch zur Hauptzeit bauen wollen, und lasse es morgen früh bauen.

Das mit dem Hardwaredevice habe ich ja gestern schon eingebaut und auch die des grabbers (/dev/video0) aber das hat ja nicht funktioniert. Deshalb habe ich es nun als Freigabeverzeichnis ins Dockerimage umgebaut. Hoffentlich des so, das der seducontroller vor dem Dockerstart auch das /dev/video0 erzeugt. Leider haben wir aktuell noch dieses Verzeichnis nicht mit aufgenommen in unserem Debug-Log Ermittlung.

Parallel dazu bin ich aber auch daran den "adalight-Controller" mit zu ermitteln und ebenfalls durchzureichen, dazu bin ich mit roidertom in Kontakt.

Gemeinsam werden wir das schon hinbekommen.

Was mir noch aufgefallen ist: Im Docker-Container ist bei installiertem Hyperion.NG kein Haken, obwohl ja installiert. Ein Deinstallieren und neu installieren ist nicht möglich.
