Hallo,

ich wollte von MLD 5.3 stable 32Bit auf MLD5.4 64Bit updaten (durch Neuinstallation). Leider funktioniert unter MLD 5.4 stable (und testing) die TBS 5990 nicht mehr. Unter /dev/dvb/adapter werden keine DVB-Geräte erstellt.
Dabei habe bei allen das Paket dvb-mb angewählt. Mit Paket dvb (DVB Treiber aus dem Linux Kernel) wird die TBS 5990 nicht erkannt.

Bei MLD 5.4 64Bit unstable geht es auch nicht, auch hier wird kein /dev/dvb/adapter erzeugt.

Aber ich habe kein Bild  & OSD mit softhddevice. Sehe nur das Bootlogo (MLD HD mit Maus).

MB ist ASUS AT3IONT-I. Das mit Nvidia 340.x sehr gut funktioniert. Anbei Logs.

laut xlog ist 340.108 installiert. Ich habe bei der Installation nichts weiters angegeben. Laut Web-Interface ist unter "Einen Grafik Treiber installieren:" "nvidia.legacy (ist installiert)" gewählt.

Hallo,

ist wohl dasselbe Problem, in das ich beim letzten Update gelaufen bin. Offenbar spielen Kernel, legacy-Treiber und softhddevice nicht sauber zusammen.
Mit einer Version, die noch Kernel-5.5 enthält, läuft alles wie am Schnürchen. Wenn ich den VDR, und damit das softhdplugin, bei einem update auf dem Stand belasse, klappt fast alles. Ausnahme: Die OK-Taste meiner X10.

erstaunlicherweise das hier:

Package: vdr-plugin-softhddevice
Version: 0.7.0-75.5+2.4.1.219.4

Wobei ich das gerade nicht verstehe, denn das ist ja die Versionsnummer des aktuellen VDR. Der aber hat noch 2.4.1.218.26-218.28 und wird mir, im Gegensatz zum softhdplugin, zum Update angeboten.
Alle übrigen Plugins sind übrigens auch auf dem Stand 218.26 und könnten aktualisiert werden.

Und das ist der alte funktionierende Stand?
Und damit funktioniert das? Diese Kombination sollte ja gar nicht installierbar sein.

Ich konnte es auch nicht glauben!
Deshalb mehrfach und auf unterschiedlichen Wegen verifiziert, immer mit demselben Ergebnis. Wie es drauf gekommen ist, ist mir ein Rätsel, denn seit dem letzten, manuell von einer funktionierenden Konfiguration angelegten Snapshot gibt es dort keine Einträge mehr.

Der Kernel ist übrigens 5.5.11.202.58-202.58, xorg-nvidia.legacy 1:340.107-25.8+5.5.11.202.58. Da passt also alles zusammen.
